Anyone else having trouble seeing Page 7 of this thread? Every time I click on '7' I get either page 6 or page 8, never 7. Anyone?
I had to laugh, Lumutqueen, where have you been frequenting? ;) ? Furthest image from my mind when I saw what she is wearing. But maybe I've lived a...
Times they are a-chaingin'. ;) And high time! High heels were a mistake from the get-go, having to do with a false interpretation of the heeled shoes (boots) the horsemen were wearing centuries ago in the East (Constantinople, the stirrup riders) that got carried West and translated into King...
I am agreeing here. ;) I think the era of tippy-tippy heels needs a death knell. One still can be classy with flats, and designers need to start paying attention. No need for women to even be in pumps, though I certainly wear them (happily).

I see. :flowers: I thought you might say the 1950's. I find the suit/coat fascinating: the cloth, the slightly off-center buttons (maybe they aren't but they seem so), and the contrasting color edging. Personally I am fond of the 1940's styles.
It (and she) looks fabulous to me. (Especially...
