I don't think he's crying. Those pictures are from 2005's National Day and if I remember correctly, in the rest of the photos his face was kind of splotchy and broken out. It looked like he had some allergy problems that day. Probably his eyes were just tearing up. :biggrin:

On the court's official site it stated that the whole family "with the exception of Prince Sebastien and the Hereditary Grand Duke" would be present at the festivities. Perhaps they had some school function to attend and couldn't make it, or something. O_o
