I guess it's a possible, but Máxima, Letizia, and Mary have all recently visited Japan and they were all pregnant, although I can't quite remember now if Frederik and Mary went before the pregnancy was announced - (did Haakon and Mette-Marit visit too or am I confusing that with the Japanese state visit to Norway?).
I believe that when Mary went to Japan her pregnancy had not been announced, though there was some speculation at the time.
Maxima was very pregnant when she visted Japan recently and Letizia's pregnancy had been announced prior to her visit to Japan.
Mette-Marit did not accompany Haakon when he visited Japan, and her pregancy had not been announced yet. But when the Emperor and Emperess recently paid a visit to Norway, Mette-Marit's pregnancy had been announced.

Not sure though, if the other crown princely couples are just as good friends with Naruhito and Masako as Philippe and Mathilde are, or if they even met Masako.
I don't know the answer to this; my reply is purely speculation: I think Willem and Maxima and Haakon and Mette-Marit do not have the special relationship that Phillippe and Mathilde do with Naruhito and Masako. Both couples had their first children, both daughters close together, and I think Phillippe and Mathilde have paid several visits to Japan now -- more than Willem and Maxima and Haakon and Mette-Marit. I think Mary and Letizia's recent visits to Japan were the second and third time respectively either had encountered Naruhito -- at each of their weddings were the previous occasions.

I was just wondering:
Isn't Mathilde joining Filip just because she's pregnant, or could it also be because of Princess Masako? I know the Japanese crownprinces are good friends of Philippe and Mathilde, so maybe they don't want to depress her more because Mathilde is pregnant?
I value the sensitivity in this idea, and that Phillippe and Mathilde and the Belgian court would be as sensitive to the feelings of Masako in not "rubbing it in" to Masako that Mathilde is pregnant for the third time. But I think that if the two couples, especially the two women, are good friends, with such an opportunity in both their busy schedules to visit their friends, Mathilde might want to go and spend time with her friend. And that Masako, despite whatever frustration and sadness she might have in not being able to get pregnant again, would in the least be happy for her friend Mathilde. True friends want the best for their friends, even if it sometimes hurts them.
