Johan T Lindwall writes in Expressen that Victoria raises the working tempo, soon after the visit to South Korea a trip to Kenya.
- The Crown Princess is looking very much forward to the trip. She visited Kenya in 2009 and thinks it will be interesting to come back to see how Gundua's education and health projects have been developed. The Crown Princess will, among other things on this trip visit Gundua Secondary Day School in Ex-Lewa and a health clinic that Gundua Foundation is running. When the Crown Princess was there in 2009, she participated at the opening ceremony, says Ulrika Näsholm from the press department.
Victoria visits also a wildlife conservation project in Laikipia area. During the days in Kenya the crown princess will also visit Nairobi and at a health project there and also meet Swedish entrepreneurs at the area. Prince Daniel stays this time at home with Princess Estelle.

According to the court in addition to the visit to Kenya, Victoria will also visit Lisbon/Volvo Ocean Race on 4-5 June and Riga on 15th June. Maybe threads of them can be made later when we get more info and if a thread is needed. On 15th June in Riga is the EuroPride 2015 opening, I wonder if Victoria's trip has something to do with that.
It wouldn't surprise me. Victoria is one of the few royals who has participated in lgbt-events. She unexpectedly turned up at the Swedish gay-gala in 2013 to hand out the award "Homo of the year". The writer Jonas Gardell received the price.

That wouldn't surprise me either. But there is also a more likely event, a 10th Baltic Sea Science Congress starting. When Victoria visited Riga last September, president Bērziņš told at their meeting about this congress and invited Victoria there, because Victoria is very interested in Baltic Sea issues.

The terrorist attack in Kenya can stop Victoria
Just days after the court decided on Victoria's trip, the African country is shaken by a brutal terrorist attack. At least 70 students were killed by the terrorist group al-Shabab after a hostage situation at a university in Garissa in eastern Kenya.
The terrorist attack does not stop Victoria's planned trip - but it could be in jeopardy.
- We follow the developments and the Crown Princess is informed about the terrible incident in Kenya. This means that we will make a new safety assessment. We always do that when the royal family travels somewhere, said Margareta Thorgren
The court has not yet had time to consider how the trip is affected by Thursday's tragedy.
- All differend kinds of events mean that we must always be prepared and have the possibility to plan programs and trips again, says Thorgren.
The court will inform within the next few days what happens.
- We'll return to how it will be with the trip, says Thorgren.
