According to Rick Evers: one of the guests was Marianna Vardinoyannis. A friend of the couple and a 'neighbour' of the Greek vacation villa.

She is the founder of Elpida, an oncologic clinic for children in Athens. The couple will visit that clinic tomorrow. Apparently Mrs. Vardinoyannis is a sparring partner for the Máxima medical center in Eindhoven.

The president looks utterly bored during the King's speech - and with good reason ;).

Yes it is the blond lady with hair up and the green emerald gown at the beginning of the video, seing by her back and talking to the royal couple. Her husband is near her.
Why should the President be bored? The speech was good, and it is part of her job to listen to speeches.

Such beautiful weather in Athens for the State Visit.

It's so different to see them shake hands and even kiss guests during the reception line. A huge contrast to recent visit in Sweden.

They are neighbours at the Peleponessos, hence, plus the lady in green is involved in healthcare, more specific care for cancer patients and she has ties with the Maxima Center here in NL regarding that subject.

Not just that particular couple. They shook hands with just about all the guests in the line. A stark contrast to Sweden.
