The Queen visits New York on 19-20 April to participate in two events with a focus on drug prevention and to attend the reception for the UN High Level Meeting on Agenda by 2030.

The Queen speaks at the UNGASS (UN General Assembly Special Session) Special Side Event on Drug Prevention "Listen First", organized by UNDOC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime).

Wednesday, April 20
The Queen visits the High School of Economics and Finance in order to get information on "Shattering the Myths", a program developed by Mentor USA in collaboration with NIDA (National Institute on Drug Abuse).

The queen then participates in a lunch meeting with the World Childhood Foundation, USA.
In the evening, at 18.00 the Queen attends at a reception for visiting heads of state and government gathered in New York for the UN High Level Meeting on Agenda 2030 21 April and the signing of the Paris Agreement on 22 April.
