Daniel visited today schools in Gothenburg with Prince Daniel's Fellowship entrepreneurial programme. As experts/inspirators he had with him Alan Mamedi (Truecaller), Jonas Nordlander (Avito) and Gunilla von Platen (Xzakt Kundrelation) and the moderator was Leo Razzak. In the morning they visited Hvitfeldtska gymnasiet upper secondary school and in the afternoon The School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
- We believe the project is very useful because more young people get inspired and get insight into what it's like to be entrepreneurs and hopefully dare to see entrepreneurship as an alternative in the future, says Carl Bennet from the Steering Group of Prince Daniel's Fellowship.

At the lunch Daniel met local entrepreneurs, here Sofia Appelgren, the founder and ceo of Mitt Liv.
The interest was great when entrepreneurs with Prince Daniel headed for Hvitfeldtska Upper Secondary School and The School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg. The message was clear: Dare to get started and see failures as valuable experiences.
The corridors at Hvitfeldtska are full of young people who stand in groups and hang when Prince Daniel, together with guards and three entrepreneurs, visits the school to inspire to entrepreneurship. Several of the students ask to take a picture with the prince. Prince Daniel smiles to the camera every time.
Together with Gunilla von Platen, Alan Mamedi and Jonas Nordlander, the prince is here to talk with young people, spread inspiration and inject against daring to take the step of becoming self-employed.
- I'm attracted to the younger generation. They are driven by values and want to create a better society. Entrepreneurship is a great way to contribute to society, says Prince Daniel.
He talks passionately about the conversations he, with manyentrepreneurs, has with young people and students across the country. By presenting role models and in dialogue with upper secondary school students and university and college students, the goal is to contribute long-term to a culture that promotes entrepreneurship.
- 40 percent of today's youth want to start their own, but only a small part of them will dare to take the step. We want to inspire everyone who wants to dare.
Afterwards, it is the concrete tips that the students, who listened to the lecture and who attended the slightly smaller "round tables" conversation, got the greatest impression. For Mathilda Cagius, in grade three, her dream feels a little closer now than at breakfast the same day.
- Then it's clear that it's quite cool to meet Prince Daniel, a representative of Sweden, says Gustav Hilmersson.
The fact that Prince Daniel visited the school was appreciated by many students, even though they did not know why he was there. Mohammad Mosapoor and the friends Morteza Yousefi and Mostafa Alizada all took a selfie with the prince.
- We didn't know he would talk here,"said Mohammad Mosapoor.
None of the guys have thought about starting their own, but nodded when Morteza Yousefi says it was fun to meet the prince while they all show off their pictures.
- It's cool that he's Prince and so. He is our mate.

Daniel says: "I think that entrepreneurship is important because then you can create jobs. I believe strongly in entrepreneurship's strength to create change in the society, to find new solutions, to solve problems, from which we all can have a lot of pleasure. Men start two of three companies in Sweden, so we need more girls, we want to see more women to own companies. I see that through entrepreneurship you have big possibilities to influence not just to your workplace, but to culture and atmosphere, how we treat people at your workplace. But also to have an impact to the community, make a difference and be an important part of building the community. Take the chance!"
