Svensk Damtidning has written about a big birthday party for Madeleine on her 40th birthday 10th June in Stockholm.
But today Expressen writes about Madeleine and her family not attending the National Day events.
And Margareta Thorgren says that Madeleine plans to come to Sweden with her family at the end of June. She and her family intend to be in Sweden and especially in July on Öland and Solliden. But when they will come to Sweden is not yet decided.
- It can always be changed. But she plans with the family to come and spend a longer time here as she usually does, with the exception of the pandemic, says Margareta Thorgren.

Expressen writes that Madeleine came with Leonore and Adrienne. But Chris and Nicolas remain in the United States.
- It was planned that the whole family would arrive today. Nicolas had earpain and then it is not appropriate to fly. That's why Chris O'Neill is coming with his son on Friday, says Thorgren.

With the speculations about their summer vacation over i wonder how long its going to take before Svensk Damtidning starts with their "will she or won't she" routine about Madeleine attending the Nobel festivities followed by the usual stories about her feeling l"et down and alone" if Chris doesn't accompany her.

There is that obligation yes, but after the reform of 2019 the court believes that those rules no longer applies to the children of Princess Madeleine and Prince Carl-Philip who are no longer members of the Royal House.

Sweden's Princess Madeleine Posts About Hurricane Ian Relief

Sweden's Princess Madeleine is focused on hurricane relief. The princess, who resides in Florida with her husband, Christopher O’Neill, and their children Princess Leonore, Prince Nicolas, and Princess Adrienne, shared a slideshow of Hurricane Ian photos on her Instagram.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with those whose lives were devastatingly impacted by Hurricane Ian," Madeleine wrote on Instagram.
"Please join me in contributing in any way you can, through one of the many charitable organizations who are helping those in need. I also thank the huge number of volunteers and army reservists who have already commenced the rebuilding process."
