Is Crown Prince Mohammed's daughter Sheikha Manal marrying Sheikh Mansour of Abu Dhabi in May?

Yes.
Here is article from Monday
Mansour bin Zayed to sponsor wedding of 100 young nationals

Apr 25, 2005 - 10:06 - Mansour bin Zayed to sponsor wedding of 100 young nationals Abu Dhabi, 25 April 2005(WAM)--Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of the Presidential Affairs has undertaken to sponsor a mass wedding of 100 young nationals, it was announced here today. Each Youngman will receive a generous grant of Dhs 70,000 from Sheikh Mansour's private funds. A total of 8.3 million has been allocated by Sheikh Mansour to meet the grants.

Sheikh Mansour will also cover the expenses of the grand wedding ceremony which will be held on May 4.

The grand ceremony will also coincide with the wedding of Sheikh Mansour.

In a press statement here today, Sheikh Mansour said the his move to sponor the wedding of 100 young men from different emirates of the UAE follows in the tradition of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who worked throughout his life to strengthen the social fabric of the UAE society by setting up the Marriage Fund Institution.

The late Sheikh Zayed laid down the social foundation of the society and showed us the way to cement social bonds by encouraging the youth to settle and start a decent family life, he said. He added that the wise directives by President H.H Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to uphold this tradition promoted his initiative to help 100 in tying the knot.

Sheikh Mansour expressed his hope that this initiative will lessen the burden on the Marriage Fund Institution which has been providing grants for young men and to get married. Sheikh Mansour called on businessmen to make many more initiatives so as to reduce the burden on the federal treasury which has been funding the Marriage Fund. He pointed out that the Marriage Fund has been undertaking a sacred mission which should be supported by all segments of the society. +Considering its relatively short span of time, and in view of the fact that the Marriage Fund is the only one of its kind in the world, it deserves every support. It has made significant achievements in recent years+ said Sheikh Mansour.

Is it assumed that on May 4th, 2005 Sheikha Manal is the bride-to-be?

El Jood,

Is it true that Maktoum bin Mohammed also has a degree? What education/qualifications does he have, to be in the position that he is, other than being Sheikh Mohammed's son? I can bet by just looking at him that he didn't go to Sandhurst.

This poem is presented to sheikha Hassa Bint Mohammed from her brother sheikh Hamdan on her graduation from Sh.Zayed university.....

i found it very difficult to translate the poem hope someone can translate the poem

The poem is lovely, however; posting it without a translation on an English language board limits the amount of people that may enjoy it also. Perhaps the moderators will remove it so that it will not appear to be an unintentional rude act of sharing.
