On the other thread, CP Victoria's jewellery part II, Josefine asked information concerning a diamond riviere necklace. I've lost count of the number of the different collet necklaces of the Bernadotte's but this particular necklace, Josefine pointed out, consists of quite large, graduated diamonds and can be worn with a pendant (usually the pear shaped diamond). It's said to have belonged to Queen Victoria's mother, the Grand Duchess Louise of Baden.
This picture from Danjel's site shows that there must be several collet neckaces of different lenghts. Part of them might be possible to shorten or lenghten or combine together... Also the pear shaped diamond can be seen on the shortest necklace.
