They look hazel, don't they? They are beautiful
He seems to be doing his job very well.

I really like it how Daniel can take centerstage effortlessly if he has to on being guest of honour and how proudly he represents his home country. OTOH if he is with his wife or his wife and her parents, he effortlessly fades a bit in the background and lets them be at the center of attention. He never appears out of place, IMHO, always just right for the occasion. That's absolutely perfect for a successful consort.
Kataryn, you have said it far better than I. I had noticed his " effortless fade" routine but it hadn't really registered. I guess that is another measure of his success. Either Prince School is really paying off or his on-the-job with Victoria is a winner!I really like it how Daniel can take centerstage effortlessly if he has to on being guest of honour and how proudly he represents his home country. About Daniel´s Tuesday:
In the morning he had a meeting with David Dangoor, honorary consul general of Sweden in the USA. Then Daniel visited Harlem Children's Zone Promise Academy Charter Schools. During the visit he met students and teachers and listened to how work is conducted at the school.
Marcus Samuelsson offered a lunch at his new restaurant in Harlem. In the afternoon Daniel visited the Lenox Hill Heart and Vascular Institute (Mando Group). Daniel had a chance to learn about a new Swedish method used for the treatment of obesity. He listened to the latest research findings on cardiovascular disease and the risk factors that exist to develop these diseases. He had also a tour at the hospital.

From Daniel´s speech at the "From Farm to Fork":
"Swedish men, if I may generalize, do not wait longer at the table to be served. They are no longer just experts at dealing with the grill, but have become team players in the kitchen", said the prince before a laughing audience.
"Several chefs have achieved celebrity status and inspired talented young men and women to go into the restaurant business. It has also inspired people in general to be more creative in the kitchen."
Finally, Daniel took up the paradox of the one billion people are starving, while one and a half billion people are overweighted and struggling with heart disease.

Thank you for translating,I think Prince Daniel made some good points and seems to have a good sense of humour! He is doing really well on his US-tour,now he has proven even his worst critics that he is good at representating his country, giving speeches and doing everything which is expected from a modern royal (like visiting schools etc.) I am glad that he is getting along with everybody so well and talks & listens carefully to the people.
